GENERAL INFORMATION
For onsite participants, the registration fee covers access to all conference events for 2 days including Policy Dialogue, Workshops, and Exhibition on March 26th (but excluding lunches, Gala dinner and tours), access to virtual platform, name tags, printed conference materials, and refreshments. Tickets for Extra Events are available to purchase (see below for the rates).
For online participants, the registration fee covers access to all virtual conference events for 2 days including Policy Dialogue, Workshops, and Exhibition on March 26th, virtual platform, conference e-handbook and other e-documents. Tickets for Extra Events are available to purchase (see below for the rates).
Notes:
- Walk-in registration is NOT available.
- Exhibition: Open to public
- Presenters (both online and onsite) need to register and pay the registration fee by February 10, 2023, to be included in the conference program and handbook.
- Registered authors of high-quality papers will be invited to submit full papers to associated journals with complementary processing/ publication fees.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
To register with the conference, please click ONLINE REGISTRATION, and then proceed to pay the appropriate registration fee either by Credit Card or Bank Transfer.

PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES AND SUBMIT CONFIRMATION
By Credit Cards (charged in EUR): You will automatically get a ticket which will allow you to attend the conference and its activities. The ticket also serves as a confirmation of your registration.
By Bank Transfer (charged in EUR/USD or VND):
You can take the option "Reservation" during the procedure instead of paying by credit card. The registration will be finalized and confirmed once we receive your payment. The bank details are given during the online registration process. Domestic participants can choose to transfer to a VND bank account in Vietnam. International participants will transfer the fee via an international bank (based in Europe).
For international participants (Payment in EUR via LCL bank): Please indicate "VES-2023-YOURFULLNAME" as reference and send proof of bank transfer to Ms. DUONG Anh at duonganh@avseglobal.org and cc btc.ves@avseglobal.org.
For domestic participants (Payment in VND via BIDV Bank): Please indicate "VES-2023-YOURFULLNAME" as reference and send proof of bank transfer to khoahoc@hnue.edu.vn and cc btc.ves@avseglobal.org.
Bank charges have to be paid at your expense.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY
50% of the conference fee will be charged to all registered individuals who withdraw prior to the registration deadline (February 28th, 2023). No refunds are available on or after that date.
